A guide to the 11 Michelin Star restaurants in Dubai

From fine dining underwater to acclaimed Italians…

The first ever Dubai Michelin guide has been unveiled, with 11 restaurants in Dubai awarded Michelin Stars. While no Dubai restaurants have three Michelin Stars in the inaugural list, two have been bestowed with two stars, and a further nine have been awarded one Michelin Star.

Dubai is the 36th destination to be covered by the Michelin Guide and a total of 69 restaurants are included in the first edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai, which includes the 11 Michelin Star restaurants, 14 Bib Gourmand recipients, a green star award and 44 others recommendations. Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Bulgari Resort Dubai
